Merchandise
- Sell event merchandise, process payments.
- Saturday and Sunday only during the day.
Bar
RSA + NON-RSA positions.
- Process payments, serve drinks and stock the back bar.
-Friday night, Saturday + Sunday.
Classic cars
- Greet classic cars, check online rego. Process cash payments if not.
- Marshal for parking.
- Saturday Only.
Kombis
- Greet Kombi owners
- Check online registration
- If not already registered, provide form and accept cash payment.
-Marshal to parking position.
-Sunday only.
Bump In/ Set up + Styling
- Work with a team of volunteers to complete various tasks to get the event ready, such as setting up tables, tents, etc.
- Friday only, flexible hours.
Food/ Market/ Camping Bump In
Stalls- Greet stall holders, walk cars to site: Friday afternoon, Saturday early morning (5:30 am).
Camping- Friday only, check reservations & provide parking pass.
