Kombi Fest 2026

Festival Dates:

Friday 2nd October to Sunday 4th October 2026

Old Bar Classic:

Check-in: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Saturday 3 October

Note that kombis are not eligible for prizes on Saturday and will be parked separately from the Classics.

Kombi Parade:

Vehicles must begin assembling on the airstrip from 3:00 pm. No vehicles may join the parade from the field; all must be on the airstrip.

The parade begins at 3:45 pm, with Kombis departing at 4:00 pm.

Kombi Fest:

Check-in: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Sunday 4 October

The festival opens at 8:00 am, with workshops and displays running between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

The Kombi Fest presentation will take place at 2:45 pm on Sunday, 4 October.

Prizes (Sunday: Kombis only):

• Show Stopper Award: Includes a perpetual trophy, take-home trophy, and $500 cash prize (judged by the event organiser and/or sponsors)

• Two × $500 cash prizes (random draw)

Registration:

Vehicles registered under a club, group, or forum will be allocated a designated area within the static display, with space for club tents.

Group registrations close on Sunday, 27 September.

Individual registrations will be available on the day (cash only). Pre-registered vehicles will have express entry.

Registration costs $10 per vehicle, which includes passengers, an event sticker, and memorabilia.

To enter the festival site , please use the designated car entrance:

All vehicles must arrive by 12:00 pm, as gates will close shortly after (unless just participating in the parade).

Pre-registered vehicles must use the express lane unless transporting a dog or another animal; in this case, please use the “on the day” registration lane.

Please show your ticket to volunteers upon entry.

After passing through the gate, festival staff will direct vehicles to allocated display areas. Pre-registered vehicles attending as part of a club, group, or with friends will be parked together.

Entry Details for parade on Saturday (From 3 pm)

Enter via the same car gate. Show your ticket to volunteers upon entry, then drive straight to the airstrip to line up. All cars must be ready by 3:30 pm.

Exit Details:

All vehicles are expected to remain on-site for the full day, concluding at 3:00 pm on Sunday.

Pass-outs are available for patrons via the public gates only.
