merchandise
Saturday and Sunday (day shifts only) In this role, you'll sell official event merchandise to customers using a simple point-of-sale (POS) system. The merchandise building is fully covered and offers a great view of the festival, making it a fantastic place to volunteer.

bar (rsa & non rsa)
Shifts available from Friday night, throughout Saturday, and during the day on Sunday Volunteers with a current RSA will serve customers, pour and collect drinks, and, if needed, help restock the bar. Volunteers without an RSA will assist with drink preparation, keep the bar stocked, and support the bar team behind the scenes.

vehicle check in
Classic Cars – Saturday (7:00 am–1:00 pm) Kombis – Sunday (7:00 am–1:00 pm) At the gate, you'll check vehicles in using our online registration system (or process cash payments for unregistered entrants), hand out participant packs, and direct drivers to the marshals. As a marshal, you'll guide vehicles into their allocated parking spaces, helping create neat, organised displays. This role is outdoors. Volunteers at the gate will have access to a tent and seating, although you may need to step outside the shelter from time to time.

market & camping bump in
Friday (day shift only) Help welcome campers and market stallholders as they arrive by checking them in and directing them to their allocated sites. We use a communication system to minimise walking and keep everything running smoothly. This role is outdoors, so don't forget your hat and sunscreen.

Other info
safety induction & bbq
Join us on Thursday 1 August at 6:30 pm for a quick site walkthrough, safety induction, and BBQ. This is a great opportunity to meet the team, familiarise yourself with the event, and collect your volunteer pack and shirt before the festival begins.
Attendance is not mandatory. If you're unable to make it, you'll complete a brief safety induction before the start of your first shift over the weekend.
Camping
On-site camping is available for all volunteers. Shower and toilet facilities, along with a communal area, are provided.
Please note that campsites are not powered. However, you can recharge your devices at Volunteer HQ throughout the event.
