Orientation/ BBQ: Thursday, the 2nd of October, 6:30pm

Merchandise
- Sell event merchandise & process payments.
- Saturday and Sunday only during the day.
Bar
RSA + NON-RSA positions.
- Process payments, serve drinks and stock the back bar.
Classic cars
- Greet classic cars, check online rego, process cash payments.
- Marshal for parking.
Kombis
- Greet Kombi owners
- Check online registration
- If not already registered, provide form and accept cash payment.
-Marshal to parking position.
-Sunday only.
Set up
- Work with a team of volunteers to complete various tasks to get the event ready, such as setting up tables, tents, fences etc.
- Wednesday to Friday (flexible hours).
Bump In
Stalls- Greet stall holders, walk cars to site: Friday afternoon, Saturday early morning (5:30 am).
Camping- Friday only, check reservations & provide parking pass.
Operations/ Maintenance
During the event.
Involves tasks such as fixing fencing and stocking consumables.
Bump Out
Occurs after the event (Monday) and involves packing down tents, tables, fences etc.
