About Event Camping
Location:
The best spot in town for the October Long weekend, aka Old Bar Airstrip.
The campsite is a few metres from the beach and even less from the festival. It's close to the local supermarket, restaurants & cafes.

Check-in:
Check-in is from 10 am until 3 pm on Friday, the 3rd.
Arrive at the gate between this time, show the gate attendant your digital camping pass to receive all permits and free event entry passes.
Late check-in:
If you are unable to check in at the required time, there will be three other openings on Friday at 7 - 7:15 pm, 8 pm - 8:15 pm and 9 pm - 9:15 pm. Please ensure you arrive during the designated check-in hours. Check-in outside of these times is not permitted, as the entry gates will be closed and access to the campground will not be available.

Sites are reserved from Friday the 3rd at 10 am to Monday the 5th at 10 am.
Additional Info:
Our campsite is not suitable for large motorhomes and caravans.
No movement of vehicles within the camping areas between sunset and sunrise. 10 KMH speed restriction for all vehicles within the event site.
Fires are prohibited within the campground. BBQs are located at Old Bar Park for public use.
Pets are not encouraged on site. If you do bring a pet, it must be registered at check-in and always wear the provided identification tag throughout the weekend. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are supervised at all times.
Bins will be provided on-site. We ask that all rubbish be disposed of in the bin or taken with guests. We request that all sites be left as guests found them.
Portable toilets and showers will be provided on site. We ask that guests keep the communal areas clean. Additional amenities are located at the Surf Club next to the beach.
Old Bar Beach Festival is not responsible for any damage, loss or harm that may occur during an individual’s stay.
Refunds
Please note that we do not provide refunds after August 31st. Any refunds issued before this date will incur a 10% admin fee.

Site choice:
Each campsite is unique, and guests are welcome to choose their preferred site when booking. If you're camping with friends or family, we recommend booking your sites at the same time to maximise the chance of securing adjacent sites.
Please note that our campground is not suitable for large motorhomes or caravans. For individual site dimensions and layouts, please refer to the scaled campsite map below.
How to book:
Once you have chosen your preferred campsite, scroll down to find the corresponding site number and complete your booking. Please note that site prices vary depending on their size.
After your booking has been completed and payment has been received, your booking confirmation and tickets will be sent to your nominated email address.
