OBBF 2025 Promotions

Terms and Conditions

Volunteer crew draw:

As a token of appreciation, all volunteers who complete at least one shift over the OBBF 2025 weekend will go in the draw to win a $150 Visa gift voucher.

1. Organiser

Old Bar Beach Festival Inc organises this prize draw.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the prize draw, individuals must:

Be aged 16 or over.
Successfully register as a volunteer with Old Bar Beach Festival.
Complete at least one official volunteer shift between the 3rd and 6th of October 2025.

3. Entry

Each eligible volunteer will be automatically entered into the draw after completing their first volunteer shift during the promotion period. One entry per person. No purchase or payment is necessary.

4. Prize

One winner will receive a $150 Visa gift voucher. No cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by the 12th of October.
The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Australia aged 16 or over.
No purchase necessary to enter the competition.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Follow @oldbarbeachfestival on Instagram or Facebook.
Tag 1 person in the comments of the official competition post.
Multiple entries are allowed, but each tag must be a different person.

4. Prize Details

One winner will receive:

Free entry to OBBF25 for two people.
Two merchandise vouchers valued at $40 each (1 per person), redeemable at the official merch stand during the event.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Entries close at 11:59 PM on September 1st, 2025.
One winner will be selected at random and contacted via DM on Instagram/Facebook by the official page only. Beware of scam pages.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be chosen.

6. General Terms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
By entering, participants confirm they release Instagram and Facebook from any liability.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Old Bar Beach Festival reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
Winners must comply with all event terms and conditions and may be refused entry if they fail to do so.

Event Survey:

To thank attendees for their feedback, all patrons who complete the official event survey will go into the draw to win a $300 Visa voucher.

1. Organiser

This competition is run by Old Bar Beach Festival Inc.

2. Eligibility

To enter, individuals must:
• Be aged 16 or over.
• Attend Old Bar Beach Festival 2025.
• Complete the official post-event survey in full between the 3rd and 6th of October 2025 by scanning the QR code provided at the event.
• Only one entry per person.

3. How to Enter

• Entrants must complete the survey and submit their name and valid contact details (email or phone number) at the end of the form to be entered into the draw.
• No purchase or payment is required to enter.
• Incomplete surveys or entries without contact details will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

• One winner will receive a $300 Visa gift voucher.
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The gift voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries by the 12th of October 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. General Terms

• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Old Bar Beach Festival Inc reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms if necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

7. Privacy

• Personal information is collected solely to administer this competition and contact the winner.
• Data will not be shared with third parties.
