Old Bar Beach Festival - Old Bar Air-Strip

Held every October long weekend at Old Bar on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales this multi award winning Festival celebrates all that is special and unique about Aussie beach culture.Centre stage is that iconic vehicle of the beach road trip, the Kombi.

In 2010 our Kombi Fest attracted 218 kombis from all over Australia to create a new Australian record for kombis in one place. They range from the most beautifully restored classics to wildly painted hippie versions. As well the Old Bar Classic sees a host of veteran, vintage and classic cars on display and classic machines of the air take to the skies above our historic Old Bar Airfield.

The Festival includes many other events from flipper running races, surf expression sessions and beach runs to over 250 stalls at the Mega Markets plus amusement rides, all day entertainment, art exhibitions, body boarding and kite surfing. All this and more in just two days with free admission. An absolute must for everyone on the Mid North Coast each October long weekend.
